I took some time, but here the propellers are delivered!

items as ordered, postal time longer than last time for same item, seller does not reply so no communication whatsoever about questions or orders, the courier selected cannot be trusted to deliver items in a timely manner, tracking is part of the couriers selling point but items cannot be tracked, the tracking, as with this one does not show until after item is delivered, this then gives me no way of knowing where my purchase is, yet courier companies must know where each and every driver employed is, whether employee or sub contractor, do they not know what items are loaded into which vehicles, of course they do, every item is scanned on receipt and dispatch so they are fully aware of where items and drivers are. So why is the customer not allowed to know? if my next order is sent via Aramex again, then I will no longer purchase from you.

Ordered hoping correct sizes, they were, however, comms from seller poor, asked 2 days prior to order for size and have yet to get their reply (now 10 days later). I had to order hoping right sizes and luckily chose correct. I would have purchased more if the seller replied.
