Good quality case, provides light protection against knocks and scratches, but it doesn't have any reinforcing plastics, so don't expect it to protect it from heavier impacts.
The magnets feel just right and keep it in the standing position nicely, they also keep it closed nicely, the iWork7 lacks a magnetic closing sensor, so it won't put the tablet to sleep when closed.
All the accessory, camera and speaker cut-out holes are correctly positioned.
The grey area has a fabric feel, while the coloured part has a plastic feel.

This case is of very high quality. Inside soft gray suede. Magnetic latch. Very dense material, good protection tablet from damage. All holes and slots in place. Thank Banggoog!
