Poor packaging for people who value nice boxes for their rc's. They shipped rc boat in its box only with thin plastic bag over, essentially zero protection of box. Box had rips, crumples, dents, damage. Poor choice to not put items box inside another box as all Amazon and other products gets shipped. I'm well aware that it is a cost-saving measure; however, it sucks. After enough people complain, or send items back, maybe shipper will change procedure. I order many new rc's. Please change your procedure. Thank you.
