Easy to setup. Just put one cable into a esc and the other to the flight controller. It works like a extention cable. When u stop flying, crash or disarm, it takes one minute and it begins to beep. So its based on a 60 sec timer after the last signal was recognized.

Ordered two of these LMA for my quads, tried both on the Eachine Racer 250 and a Spektrum receiver. Quad doesn't arm when on the throttle channel. Then I tried on both roll and pitch channels. It works but beeps only once then every minute a very short beep if I don't move the sticks or switch off the TX. Same with other models. Is there a problem with Spektrum receivers?

Do not listen to others - this is the best currently alarm. When you turn on your plane, it beeps in rare intervals. After signal is ok, it does not beep. Then, if you loose it, it begins beeping. And it beeps more and louder with time. And with different patterns. Overall, best !!!

If you are using a PPM receiver, this beeper will not work without jumping through some hoops. Instead of connecting the beeper in between the receiver and flight controller, hook it up directly to one of the servo/esc output ports. These ports can output PWM, which is supported by the beeper. The OpenPilot software settings can be copied from this video, regardless of the difference in hardware setup. Setup as seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vj7sJo_5BBU The only thing left to do is to setup a mixer on your transmitter. Since the beeper is expecting a changing PWM signal to prevent it from beeping, you can mix a free channel (accessory 0-x) with the throttle channel. Problem solved. As soon as you stop moving throttle, the alarm will start beeping (after a delay) and visa versa.

Instructions: Connect the device in between ANY pwm-signalline. It will detect changing PWM values. As long as the values are changing it will not beep. When it detects no changes in PWM for (in my case >5 seconds) it will start beeping. Works good. Nice volume (same beep as low battery indicator!, 1 instead of 2 beepers) Nice delivery, very sharp price. Con: I have not yet found out how I can get this to work on a switchable chanel on my CC3D. I can switch an output, but since the signal is ON - OFF, as the stances of the switch on the remote, I have to keep switching the remote to keep it quiet. I use the Spektrum Sbus connection and I do not want any components in between my PWM wires of the ESCs.

I like this lost alarm. Small, light weight and cheap but I have to throw my radio stick pretty hard so it wont go off in mid flight. To remedy that problem I had to go into my OpenTX and created a custom curve for a dedicated channel so if I make a small movements it will send out big movements. And one last thing is the speaker is not as loud as i hope it would be.
