Product was faulty, it was bought as a gift for my mate to use for his drone, which would only launch and then return to home as it powered down in moments with this battery, it also got ho.
The firm selling decided to ask for irrelevant details, the SKU (stock control unit) that they hold anyway and pictures of delivery packaging that although it had gone in the bin as you would expect after six days, I was able to supply but they also already have a photo of the delivery packaging which they are supplied from the courier and which I supplied to them from the courier, as a ridiculous effort to try to avoid a return, avoid this company like the plague and any company that behaves like this.
