It's fantastic, I love it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME purchasing this helmet. It is the worst helmet I have ever purchased. Took a long to receive, it fit perfect only because I did the proper measurements 3-4 times. Then all of the trouble began. This is NOT a DOT helmet; even though there is a picture with an XL sticker on the side of the helmet and a DOT sticker on the back of the helmet. FALSE ADVERTISING. I could not get the cheaply constructed chin strap to tighten enough to prevent it from moving around on my head, not to mention the straps are very thin and not wide enough to feel comfortable in any position. Also, where the straps form the triangle on the straps this section is NOT flush and is just poorly designed and constructed. Basically just a waste of my time and money. I then started to email the Customer Service Team explaining to them about the poor quality helmet plus the fact that there is a picture of the helmet with an XL sticker on the side of it AND a DOT sticker on the back of it. They responded by saying it did NOT say it was a DOT helmet in the product description therefore if I want my full refund I would have to return the item back to CHINA at my expense and to supply them with a tracking number. Customer Service knows full well that this will cost me way more than the item is worth. I kept explaining to customer service about the picture with the DOT sticker on it. All they would say is that " We are sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you will you accept a certain amount of points and keep the helmet? I am still quite frustrated as I am writing this review. When I look on a website to purchase an item I scroll through all of the pictures first, if I do not get all of the information I need at that point I will read the product description. I did not read the product description for the simple reason I SEEN the picture of the helmet with the DOT sticker on it. I also suggested that I would send the item back to the place in Mississauga, Ont.

For the money, this is a great helmet. I got a medium but it's still big on me, not unwearable but big. I wear a size 7 in baseball hats so maybe a size small would have been better. Still, good helmet!

Arrived in great shape! I did order another one in a different size a few days later and it arrived broken and have yet to hear from Banggood after two requests for replacement. I have submitted a less favorable review for that order. this order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
