It works! I am coming from quads gyros. Where you really need high precision. Technically this gyro is perfect because with cars you cannot really get any better. To get better than this gyro you really need to be an expert on car drifting. Yet it works as expected!

This definitely works. But I am not a drift expert. I actually got out the plastic body and stick the bare board on the car (space requirements). In my case I had to cut too long (* I mean perfect with the box) left over of soldering. Indeed perfect soldering. I do not think it has an accelerometer, so just gyro there. But for my firsts 1/28 cars this is just fine. I Think that for the price, this is a pretty valuable item. I see it already that I can drift!!

These gyros work awesome they have a small footprint and are adjustable.. Running it for months now with no problems in a 1/8 size truggy. quick shipping and great service as always #1 on my list for rc parts!

Purchased along w/LD-86P. Installed easily. Only issue is (for ld86 specifically) whenever starting a drift, the steering linkage locks to one/either side. Need to adjust Steering knob to Center on TX before driving again.
