For around $20, you really can't complain, but this leaves a lot to be desired compared to something like a Fitbit. The watch has three buttons; two physical on the right side and one on the screen. The lower right button powers the watch on or off if you hold it down and turns the screen on as well as other functions if you press it. The screen automatically turns off after a few seconds, so to see what time it is you have to press the lower right button.
The screen button allows you to scroll through different modes; Health, Sport, Message, Tool. Pressing the top right button allows you to select that mode and then tapping the screen button again allows you to select different features of that mode such as heart rate, BP, SPO2H. The main screen displays the time, date, and temperature. While the app seems to allow changing from C to F, trying so generates and error message that it's not supported, so it only shows temp in C.
The charging cable is held in place with a magnet, but it swivels a bit and doesn't charge unless it's aligned exactly right.
All the measurements seem fairly accurate and it works as a cheap fitness tracker, but you get what you pay for.
