Arrived in short time, packaging in good state with minimal padding inside. A lot of accessories in the box but explanations on paper can be a little bit unclear. The power cable is rather short.
Image quality is good, the extra lightning is very useful flood type, being the reason I actually bought it. I'll know more once it's set up where it needs to be stationed but initial impression is great.

Although the packaging isn't as strong as you'd expect, the product arrived in perfect condition.
Have done an in house test and everything seems to be working fine. The lights are extremely bright and night vision infrared is OK. Not mounted outside yet but definitely happy to recommend the product. It only took 5 minutes to set up as I already have V380 pro. As for "will it last" can only hope, but the build quality on appearance is very good, so here's hoping.

You sent me the camera with a European plug first off and the package arrived with damage and water damage to the box. The camera seemed to be OK except that the right side light pod had popped off the camera. Simple to put back on. I will see if the camera is in good working order and make a decision on whether to return it or not. Not overly happy about it but if it is in good working order I will install it.
