This module is mainly controlled by ESP8266-01/ESP-01S, and DHT11 is a temperature and humidity sensor. The temperature and humidity in the ESP8266 acquisition environment are uploaded to the server. Support 3.7v-12V DC power supply (3.7V lithium battery). Can be used as a temperature and humidity collection node for smart home or IOT projects.

Good device, works as expected. Power hungry though, the fully charged 3000 mAh 18650 I was using to power one died after 24 hours. I recommend this device if you are able to power it with a mains connected supply. It works great with esphome and home assistant, very easy to configure. The only possible challenge is getting the firmware onto the esp-01 the first time, subsequent updates are OTA. A USB esp-01 programmer made this step simple also.

The dht11 sensor is off by several degrees C. And very much influenced by the heat of the esp. Measured humidity is also not accurate. As delivered, it is a fun base project. But completely unusable. I'm planning to replace the dht11 by a sonoff Si7021 sensor though, making the this little board the ideal base plate for my project.
