As you can read in the description, this does not cool the room, but only the air around you. That is, it is only a fan with three speed levels. It can be used well, for example, while sitting in front of a PC.
I did not test the humidification mode. Mood lighting doesn't matter to me. (For me, it is a plus - but unnecessary - service.)

Not bad, I put water and ice in the tank but I don't think it cools much. The fan is good and it does rotate. Running from USB 5v is a plus...
