Those CAN be used with XLF F18 but some milling is required if you do not want to add resistance to the dogbones. Generally speaking they look out of place, in my opinion, but according to a friend how also has the same XLF they were meant to be factory installed because of the added stability during cornering.
Final words: The geometry is slower when cornering because of these extenders, so you may "hug" a wall when doing so...
I wouldn't recommend them with my stock motor/esc setup and certainly not with Wltoys 144001 that uses brushed setup but if you want to make some really powerful upgrades that need bigger wheels then these extenders are one way.
P.S The red ones fit the grey ones did not.

I am really angry a this time! Is the second time I bought a spacers for a car 1/14 scale and finally also this item doesn't fit with the car! Hole and pin are too big for a 1/14 scale. In the title of the item you wrote it is suitable fo WLTOYS 144001! But isn't true! Remove immediately this indication due it is a fake declaration. I waited weeks for this items for nothing. Dears you are loosing completely credibility in front of my eyes!
