I would give it 3,5 Stars. It states 25km/h on the package, but even at the highest speed setting, it maybe hits 15km/h. When you set the speed down it even affects the steering.

Well build and good appearence but the plastic feels cheap. The listing shows no images on what's inside the boad so I uploaded a picture of the internals. I still didn't have the possibility to try it on water so my observations are limited to what I see having the boat in my hands. Pro: - price - full proportional - liquid cooled (only the motor) - the canopy has an irregular shape so sealing it with duct tape will be very difficult, but at least between the inner canpy and the hull there is a spongy seal that can be replaced when necessary - the hull is in 2 pieces (top and bottom) that are held together with screws so accessing the inside can be easier than if they were simply glued together - packaging is sturdy so don't be afraid of the usual insufficient packaging from Banggood Cons: - 5 wire servo - proprietary receiver and ESC, not a combined unit but still not standard - quite heavy, probably to make it easier to recover from a capsize - throttle epa seems not to work: turning the knob doesn't impact the max throttle - weak battery The boat is easily upgradable, my advice is to use a LiPo battery first and foremost. All in all I would advice to buy it when it's on sale or there is a coupon for it because it's not worthy the full price.
