Nice product to have on your desk or beside. Takes a little while to get HOT , but it does get there. Very cute and useful.

Doesn’t really keep my mug warm. Pad is warm to the touch when turned on, but water in the mug doesn’t stay warm. Has a smelly plastic smell to it that makes me gag, even makes my mug smelly:(
