very bad android device not working play store and youtube why?

An ordered device has arrived. After installation in a professional service, it is found that the air conditioning display does not work. Buttons work, but nothing happens on the screen. Please help, the unit is perfect, looks great, but without showing the status of the air conditioner loses its purpose. I hope you find a solution to this problem. Thanks and regards Dragan
