I have had the product on charge for more than 2 days, after 2 days I tried to use, but the device doesn't have any power, why? Well I believe the batteries in device are stuffed, or there is no batteries within the product.
The charge light is suppose to turn off when charged, but on this device the charge light never turned off.

Package comes broken. Dust everywhere and it appears to be a used stick with marks on.
Can't pair with bluetooth
