Hola, tengo problemas con este producto. Llegó incompleto y su pagina no me da la opción para este tipo de problema. necesito por favor que me ayuden con mi problema.

i bought the product from pic 1(SHIELD) but i have received the product on the 2nd pic (Mic stand). When i reported that they said i have ordered the wrong item, how? because shield and stand are two different things. since that day i couldn't get hold of them.the service is poor sheim. POOR SERVICE POOR SERVICE AND POOR MARKETING how can u say 5 panel shield instead of mic stand?
