The panel it is exactly as promised. To achieve the specified current, you need to be 90o under the sun. Open circuit voltage is about 7V in full sun and delivers ~400mA.

muy rápida la entrega. Buen acabado. Solo les diría que serigrafien las polaridades en + y - no en chino. se soluciona midiendo con un tester y ya está pero es incomprensible
