1. Unable to search bracelet or connect to the bracelet
Make sure that the bluetooth is on and closed to the bracelet, and then restart the phone application or bluetooth to match and connect again. Also, make sure that your phone system support Android 4.4 or above, IOS 8.0 or above.(Make sure your phone not to match up too many bluetooth devices)
2.No data displaying in APP
The bracelet can be used the manual switch measurement or timing measurements. At the first time use,it has only the basic movement data (step counter, distance and calories). With continuous using, it can be used the APP to have a one time measurement,real time measurement and one key measurement to show all the data.
3. The time is not accurate
When the bracelet is power off , after recharging , the time in bracelet may be inaccurate.You can connect th-e bracelet to phone, and the bracelet will automatically synchronize and calibrate the time.
4. The bracelet can not charge or use a short time
Please use the USB charging head to charge .
The first time when you use this product, please complete the charging power consumption for the first time after 1-1.5 hours. Make sure the battery is fully remain in memory function and memory status.
5. Can not download or upgrade the hardware upgrade is interrupted.
In adopting the hardware upgrade (OTA) ,make sure that the bracelet is fully charged and the mobile phone network is in a stable condition.
