Nice bright white light, my high beam indicator on my dash does not light up when on high beam though. These lights have more light "spread' than standard lamps so the "dip" requires adjustment.

It will work if you have space behind the lens on your car or motorcycle. It has a cable to allow you to connect the plug at another place and that makes a difference on tight spaces. I measured almost 17W of maximum power consumption on the led light. That is good news if you want more light on a motorcycle without damaging the wiring or even a plastic headlight body, On the photos you can see 1st the lighting of a very high quality 60W halogen bulb at high lights, 2nd, low lights with led and 3rd, high lights with led. The last two photos show the current draw around 1,4A at 11,5V power supply. I just tried the lights on the city during day and night and it works great. I did not test on the highway but I think they will certainly work better than halogen. Pitty it takes a lot of time waiting for the postman to arrive with the goods. Other than that a very good first impression. On installing you really have to observe the mounting instructions because it is really not so trivial. You cannot just insert the lamp. You take the plastic black part and install as if it was the lamp, and clamp it. Then you put the led along with the rubber protection. You twist the led until it clicks and thats it.
