Listing would've been better if it included a pinnout, only 4pins of the rj45 are used and only 3pins of DB-9.
DB-9(rj45): pin 5(5,6)/pin 3(7)/pin 2(8)
If this pinnout is what you need, it's a good cable. but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
