Slightly uncomfortable as it is bottom heavy and pushes against the nose. The angle and pressure of the strap to the back of the head is a little too low, increasing the discomfort. Good quality, though. I also bought the ID: 1654159 50Pcs 5 Layers Universal Filter Activated Carbon Anti Dust Face Mask Insert-filter. Changing out the filter is easy and extends the life. Smelled really bad out of the bag, but washing with soap solved that easily.

This is about what I expected. It will accept the replacement filters I ordered from BangGood (there are a lot of brands but I think they're all about the same – just be sure to get the kind with 2 vent holes). This was not actually as comfortable as I had hoped. It was clearly designed with short-nosed faces in mind, so on my kind of long-nosed head, it's a bit tight at the nose bridge (not because of the clip, which is easy to adjust, but simply because of the shape and size of the mask). For me to wear it without discomfort, it has to be loose enough that it is not snug a the bottom (jaw) any longer. But it's good enough, and is better than the home-made cloth mask I was using, and better than wasting money on a bunch of disposable ones. I like that it does have the metal nose clip, as this can be adjusted for a snug fit at the top, which helps prevent breath-fogging my glasses. I also like that it fits around the back of the neck instead of over the ears. The construction quality is fine.
