Description:
K-5707T products for the fast-drying solvent-free, non-corrosive single-component room temperature curing silicone rubber, suitable for bonding difficult to bond the seal, cured toughness, high bond strength (greater than double the K-5704) , excellent electrical insulation properties, with moisture shock for -60~200℃ operating temperature.
Uses:
Mainly applicable to all types of engineering plastics (ABS, PC, PA, PAT, PMMA, etc.) bonded to each other and bonding plastic and metal, all kinds of fixed capacitors and shock, widely used in electronic components, instruments, machinery, etc. industries bonding, sealing and coating.
Instructions:
First Component do general cleaning, drying, sizing out of this product, plastic materials in contact moisture in the air from the metal hose, ie outside to the inside cured solid whole time no longer than 24h .
Precautions:
1. The temperature of components, can be cured at room temperature, then at 50~100℃, humidity oven for 4 to 8 hours, rush out of low molecular weight compounds, and fully cured to ensure adhesive performance.
2. The product with potting, a bulk thickness of not too much, if ≥3mm, watering can be layered gradually curing method, the greater the accumulation of glue thickness, longer time to fully cure.
3. The product after use, hoses should be tightly closed, to save again.
