Very easy to spot that this is a dummy security camera. Not sure how much time and how much light it needs to fully recharge, and how sun rays will affect that plastic enclosure.

Good sensitivity motion sensor. 1) motion detection, high brightness 30 sec, after, if no motion, dim light. 2) motion detection, high brightness 30 sec, after, if no motion, light turns off 3) motion detection, stroboscope light 30 sec, after, if no motion, it turns off.
