Measured resistance of 3 meters of the purchased wire 14AWG = 27.1mOhm in the photo, which corresponds to the table in the last photo. A similar table in the product description gives the wire resistance twice as much, perhaps for an aluminum wire with a low section. With the wire purchased, everything is in order, this is a copper wire of the correct section.

Измерено сопротивления 3х метров купленного провода 8AWG =6.2мОм; 12AWG =16.0мОм на фото, что соответствует таблице на последнем фото. Аналогичная таблица в описании товара дает сопротивление провода вдвое больше, возможно для алюминиевого провода заниженного сечения. С купленным проводом все в порядке, это медный провод правильного сечения.
