Praktischer und guter Baustein. Um eine defekte Sicherung sofort zu erkennen, habe Ich unter jede Sicherung eine kleine LED gebaut. Der Ausfall einer Sicherung ( Kutzschluss ) ist jetzt sofort erkennbar.

It is a pretty nice gadget. Its four outputs (+12, +5, +3.3, -12 Volts) are all equiped with a fast 5A fuse, and it has a Power On red led and an ON/OFF switch, that turns the whole power supply on and off (it does so by connecting / disconnecting the Power On pin of the ATX PSU - normally a green cable- to ground). The PCB traces for the +12, +5, +3.3 Volts are wide enough to carry a 5A current. The trace for the -12 Volts is much smaller, which is OK as the -12 Volts output of the ATX PSUs usually can supply up to 0,5 A max. Even with much more powerful PSUs (like the one in the photo) that can supply up to 18A (or even more) for +12, +5 and +3.3 Volts, this nice gadget can give you neat, easy access to all voltages for any auxiliary supply you may need, while feeding your main loads through the other cables coming out of the PSU. Its only drawback are the connectors that cannot accommodate banana plugs, but these can be easily replaced with any banana socket equipped with two nuts. And let’ s be reasonable, for that price we cannot demand to have eight banana sockets of high quality, when only one of these sockets may cost more than the gadget itself. So 5 stars undoubtedly. 2nd one bought because I liked them so much. I'm using it in my robot as well as a benchtop power supply. You can hook up a buck/boost converter and a Voltage/Amperage reader and can have a fairly functional benchtop unit.

Bem feito, gostei muito, ótimo para testes e para se ter na oficina.

I use it to convert an old ATX power supply to a power supply for diy projects. Beware terminals are not compatible with banana plugs. I'll probably make a 3d printed box to protect against short cictuit
