The casing is acrylic but the design is a sturdy one. Looks better than in the photos. Putting a RPi2 in the enclosure is not straight forward, but would need a little thought to it. The only issue I found is that you can't put any heatsink to the major ICs. There was no cut-out to accomodate it. Also the clearance beween the main OC and the fan is not engough to put a heatsink there too.
