2. Stem and wheel in the same direction and highten clamping bolts of the stem.

As a material seems sturdy and light. It is easy to install and it seems that it fits well without creating trembling to the steering. Watch out to buy it with a flash deal around 6.5 euros. Получилось не плохо. Посадка на велосипеде стала удобнее т.к. рама для меня была мала то пришлось компенсировать этим устройством плюс вынос. Неплохо было бы комплектовать винты гроверами ну и каплю смазки на резьбу не помешало бы. А так пока доволен посмотрим сколько прослужит.
