I'm happy with the performance. There are two buttons, one for each led and they work independently so you can turn them both on if you want.
First click turns on the led full brightness, second click is low brightness, third click is blinking and fourth turns the led off.
Measured current is 0.4A full COB led, 0.1A low brightness COB and for the round led it's 0.49A and 0.12A.
The internal charger charged my battery to 4.185V
