Does what it's supposed to do. I got the red one so I can use it as a tail light. I just clip it onto the seat. Perfect for riding at night. Safe and legal.

This ships out of China and for me took the full 20 business day to ship. Thats over a month. Also just in case the description wasn't clear, it only comes with one LED light not 4! So you have to buy at least two if you want one on each wheel. Also, the attachment to spoke is VERY flimsy so be ready for this thing to pop off eventually while you ride unless you can figure out a way to make it more secure with an adhesive.
Overall you can probably find something better out there but it will cost you $5 instead of $3
