Delivered OK, no box, just a plastic bag. I expected to have some sort of bevel on the inside, under the bowden tube, for smoother feeding of the filament, but there isn't any. So, sometimes, a small obstacle is in the way of the filament when inserted. After that, it works just fine, with the retraction distance reduced from 5mm to 2mm.
