Dear dealer! I am satisfied with the product, but I have some objections. The description also says that it can handle 10" size tablets, which is roughly true, but it is very unstable with my new tablet. it looks usable by all, but I'm not sure it will be able to last long due to the weight. I have a very heavy tablet with big battery capacity and was concerned that the arm would support it but it worksd well although on the limit of what the arm would hold. The ergonomics of the arm are just right and I can get a good viewing distance while lying in bed reading. I am impressed with the device and recommend it. The service from the supplier is excel;lent
