After the wrong item was despatched they did get the right item to me very quick so cant fault the customer service there they have made vast improvements over the years in service. item is good and doesn’t feel cheap by any means my only disappointment with this is the wood finish which is like 1970’s plastic effect wood finish. works exactly as described just wish I’d have gone for the generic looking one instead as looks odd on a wooden cupboard. I’m sure I’ll grow to ignore that seeing past the aesthetics to a good affordable and functional product.
