The delivery was very fast, just less than 2 weeks. However the items shipped have some issues: 1. The items delivered differed from the one displayed: note that there are 2 push buttons on my board versus one on the images shown on the website. The setup of the board is done with combination of those two buttons and the potentiometers This is not the same as the advertised board. It seems that the basic functions is the same as the advertised board though. 2. It seems that the default output voltage is set to 20V. This means that when testing the board below 20V the output varies with the input. But this can be adjusted as required. 3. One surface mount component on one board has come loose, possibly with shipping as the the items where not securely packaged but arrived in plastic pouches with no protection.

This regulator has an allowed inout range of 4 to 40 Vols, which makes it suitable for just about all old laptop power supplies. Output is adjustable by a little adjuster screw. Device also has a digital display which can be switched between V and A. Good for setting up. After that the display can be turned off.
