Simple to use. You can wrap it just about anywhere (on the handlebar, bicycle fork, wheel hub, seat post, on your helmet or even a backpack). It has three modes. Pressing the center of the light housing cycles through these modes. First is alternate flash (of the two LEDS), followed by blinking, then steady / continous light.
